Team-building experience day and CSR program in Kóspallag
Experience-based team building at the foot of the Börzsöny Mountains in a regenerative tourism setting
The program has a modular structure, so company teams are free to choose the elements that are most relevant to them, while the day can also be supplemented with community and CSR activities, giving the team the opportunity to create value for the local community. The program can be organized as a one-day or two-day event, with accommodation available for teams on site (Kóspallag) or in the surrounding villages.
Modular program options
Organic garden experience and cooking workshop
Visit to the Pallag Valley Organic Garden, where participants can learn about permaculture-based bio-intensive gardening and local community agricultural systems.
Joint cooking workshop using local ingredients and wild plants, at Faluvégi Bisztro or another location.
During the program, we will introduce sustainable cultivation, fixed bed systems, mulch use, and short supply chains.
Regenerative forestry and horse riding experience
Horse-drawn carriage tour in the forest, where participants can learn about the principles of regenerative forestry supported by horses, permanent forest management, and sustainable forestry work.
Herbal medicine program
An insight into the world of local phytotherapy in the herbal garden, learning about the use and medicinal properties of plants, teas, and local ingredients.
Gastronomic and cultural experiences
Basket weaving workshop, where participants can make their own baskets from natural materials, experiencing elements of local tradition and craftsmanship.
Gastronomic experience: two-course lunch based on local ingredients at the Faluvégi Bistro, with the opportunity to try and taste local products.
Optional CSR modules
The program offers opportunities for the team to participate in community and sustainability activities:
In the organic garden: preparing deep mulch, pruning tomatoes and peppers, weeding, tidying up electric fencing.
Local community involvement: participating in school, kindergarten, or municipal work according to current needs.
These tasks can be performed at any time, with a flexible schedule and any number of participants, allowing the team to connect with the local community and enjoy an exciting day.

Two-day option: the modules can be flexibly spread over two days, allowing the team to enjoy more experiences and complete more CSR tasks while relaxing at local accommodations (in Kóspallag or the surrounding villages).

The program was created as a result of a regenerative tourism pilot project implemented as part of the People Powered Tourism project with the participation of the Kóspallag Local Government and BURST Nonprofit Kft. The aim of the project is to offer experience-based programs that build on local natural and cultural values and provide visitors with direct experience, active participation, and a sustainable approach.
